Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events unless received damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and digital products.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@ribbli.info with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product.
- Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Subject to stock availability, eligible products may be exchanged for a different size, color, or replacement product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
