Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events unless received damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and digital products.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@ribbli.info with your Order ID and clear photographs of the product.
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  3. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Subject to stock availability, eligible products may be exchanged for a different size, color, or replacement product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
